Seasoned SaaS and AdTech commercial leader with over 17 years of experience driving global partnerships, GTM strategy, and revenue growth across the digital media and advertising technology ecosystem. Proven success leading cross-regional commercial operations, building strategic alliances, and scaling business units across video, data, identity, and analytics. Entrepreneurial and execution-driven, with a unique ability to bridge technology, product, and business strategy. Recognised for enabling high-growth GTM programs, modernising AdTech infrastructure, and driving AI-led innovation. Active industry contributor through Prebid.org and the IAB, shaping global programmatic and video standards.

Zia brings over 15 years of deep AdTech expertise spanning operations, programmatic media, and business strategy across global markets including APAC, Americas and Europe. Prior to co-founding Xool Media, he held senior roles at PubMatic and led programmatic strategy at Adluminious Media.
